Blink.com.kw Review

blink.com.kw Experience and review:-

Recently, I've decided to go out and test online shopping from a different website in Kuwait, there were a lot of options and a lot of sites offer great service, both money and shipping wise. From all the choices available for online shopping (In the GCC that delivered to Kuwait) I've picked the site Blink. The reason I've picked this site was because most of the items they had were cheaper and at a sensible price than what others had to offer, although the shipping price for "Express delivery" was not worth it, since they delivered it 2 days later, I've got to say, the customer support service was excellent.
After a 2 year experience with my Microsoft Life Chat LX-3000, those headphones were beginning to wear and the left side of the headphones wasn't functioning anymore so I decided to look for a new pair of headphones.

I headed over to my local X-Cite branch to see if they had a decent pair of headphones, or just the same headphones as I felt they were extremely comfortable and fit just perfectly on my head.Unfortunately, they were out of stock, I checked on their online site, but to my luck, they were out of stock online as well.As I was surfing the web checking for some better headphones, I came across Razer. Most of my friends are PC gamer's and they heavily recommended the Razer megalodon 7.1

After searching online for hours, due to the Razer site not delivering to Kuwait, I decided to check some local sites. Most sites had insane prices, 50 KWD, 55 KWD, some even 60 KWD!
I kept on my search and came across Blink. The price for a new pair was 42 KWD, which was a minimum of 8KWD discount, I searched around the site for some more head sets until I realized they have a used items section, which was when I came across a decent used pair of the Megalodon 7.1 for 30KWD, which was a huge 20KWD discount, I ordered it immediately, and unfortunately, they didn't have cash-on-delivery like most sites do, although I still proceeded and paid with my Visa, paying 2.500 KWD extra for "Express delivery" (same day delivery as they said) and waited patiently. After a couple of hours, it was getting late and I contacted customer support, they informed me that the operation was successful but they haven't received even 1 dinar from my account to theirs....I must say I was shocked thinking it was some kind of robbery, but I didn't panic, the operator told me it was usually what happened when people paid with Visa's and that I'd have to call them the next day after they have talked with the owner.I called in the next morning and luckily the owner or manager, of the place picked up and he was a really good man, he asked for a snapshot of the bank statement and I sent him the picture, after a while I received a phone call from his personal mobile informing me, even though the amount was still not transferred from my account to theirs, he was going to trust my statement and send the headphones with the driver immediately.I was really grateful that I would be receiving my order the same day, though he asked me for a snap shot when I checked out and paid at the site (i.e. the "Thank you" page after an order) After I sent him all the details, I received my headphones 30 mins later. The customer service was great and quick, shipping was fast (in Kuwait that is) but I wouldn't recommend using a Visa card, perhaps a MasterCard or K-net would be a better choice.

For GCC viewers, the website Blink offers delivery to all the GCC countries, Egypt, Jordan and Lebanon. The website was of great relief and they have good items and sensible prices and if any of you, outside of Kuwait order from them, would you send me an email at how the service was? based on customer support, item condition and delivery time? I'd be grateful :)
